I am a registered and certified yoga instructor.  Received my training at Shoshoni Colorado in 2006. 
My yoga journey started in college where I enjoyed my first yoga class followed with meditation and experienced a beautiful connection of the spirit, mind & body. 

Never finding studios outside of college to continue my practices I stopped for quite some time.  I met a wonderful man Ed and married raising 4 beautiful daughters.  Heather, Jessica, Hope, & Lynze. By the time my third daughter Hope, now owner of Copper Tree, reached the age of 17, we started taking yoga classes together. 

I remembered right after the first yoga class how much my mind, body, & spirit enjoyed the practice.  I soon became an instructor.  May all who seek out a yoga practice find that union of mind, body, and spirit.  Connecting on the mat in practice and pushing that unified self out into the world.
