How to prepare for Class
- Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes early for class, all punch card classes are first come first serve
- Use the bathroom before class
- No gum or candy, this disrupts the breathing process, and is a general distraction
- Long hair-hair ties-please
- Drink plenty of water, half your body weight in OZ
- You may bring water bottles to class or they are available for purchase $1
- Please don’t eat before class (at least 2-3 hours before for a heavy meal)
- Please wear comfortable moveable clothing, nothing too restrictive and women no baggy tee shirts
- Bare feet, no shoes in studio room
- If you have one bring your own mat (for sanitary purposes)
- Please no cell phones in the studio (or please turn them off before entering the studio)
- Studio room is heated 75+ degrees
- At any time feel free to ask questions and always communicate with your instructor letting them know of limitations and concerns about your practice
- All classes offered at Copper Tree are three-fold: Mind, Body, and Spirit, so be ready to work on all aspects of yourself & your life.

Outdoor shoes are not allowed in the studio room: socks or a light flexible indoor shoe is acceptable
