Gentle Yoga:
This Gentle Yoga class brings a therapeutic & dynamic approach to the asanas; weather you are coming back from injury, feeling tight or just want to feel good in your own skin again.  Repetition of asanas and correlated breath work is all used to access the body in a “gentle way”.

Sun Salutations:
Sun Salutations A, B, & C, a flow of primarily: standing, forward and backward bending poses, are the foundations of these classes; used to warm and loosen the body; other postures are incorporated into the flow to create variety and challenge.

Iron Flow Yoga:
Tone & strengthen your body and mind from within!  Light weights are used to increase upper body resistance, toning, and strength.  Flowing sequences and holdings add to the multiple benefits of your regular workout while feeling centered.  Yoga is especially important for athletes and weight lifters.

Vinyasa Yoga:
This yoga class focuses on the linking of one pose to the next, on breath guided movements, creating a beautiful flowing style; each vinyasa is broken up by holding and balancing asanas.

Belly Dancing

Pilates:
This class is great for beginners & those with a Pilates foundation; learn beginning & intermediate mat work with modifications, and variations to best suit your unique body as taught by Joseph Pilates. Within the class adding various props for an even more ideal workout!  Feel the effects of a true Pilates’ workout!  Pilates 101 is required or instructor consent.

Yin Yoga

Yin is considered the hidden aspects, so here we approach the poses or practice very “untraditional”, the majority of yoga is Yang or movement orientated. These postures are held for several minutes in order to access the connective tissue allowing you to relax in the pose & truly be present. Your focus is the breath guiding you though the release of the poses & allowing you to open & let go. The practice is a great compliment to your current yoga practice as well as people suffering from joint injuries, insomnia, cycle discomfort, headaches, fatigue and nervous system issues.

Rock Hard
This class focuses on the core (low back, obliques, abs), hips and butt. Upper body is included for a bit of a twist. There's nothing soft about this class.
